New Product Development

High competition in e-commerce and dropshipping is of interest, that contributes to the development of new products offered directly to those who earn money in this area. Therefore, for the “Key Product” Company, it is necessary to assess their competitive advantages and create a new product that would satisfy modern needs. This study examined the principles of creating a business model and a business plan. For the development of MVP, aspects of creating a lean-startup were analyzed, qualitative research was conducted: a competitive analysis, in-depth interview, and a survey was launched and developed. Results were obtained indicating the direction in which the new “Key Product” product should develop, as well as what needs to be addressed towards different target audiences.
