In the process of this work, recommendations were made on promoting the brand of the entertainment center “Planet of Children”. To this end, consumer insights were identified, on the basis of which the basic needs of the clients were formulated, and a competitive analysis was carried out. The next step is the formation of the company's positioning and the creation of the brand's wheel. To achieve success, children's entertainment centers need to form a clear positioning, which will show the main benefits for both the child and the parent. The benefits may be emotional, physical, intellectual or social. The moment of interaction with customers is important, it is necessary to build such a system of values that will lead to a certain frequency of acquiring a particular service of this center. As for the promotion of the brand, in the case of large urban centers, you will need to create a website, pages in social networks and targeting. If the format of entertainment centers is “at home”, then word-of-mouth, banners and leaflets in this neighborhood have a direct impact. The most important point is that it is necessary to respond directly to current and new requests of children, as well as their parents. Provide services and have flexible pricing, as it is necessary to have an advantageous position among competitors.
