Corporate Adaptation System Analysis and Improvement

Based on the theoretical framework of adaptation the present research examines influence of employees’ adaptation in “Cereal Partners Rus” and methods of adaptation. The general aim of this project is to analyze adaptation system in the company and improve it. The goal of the research will be achieved by a semi-structured interview, a questionnaire-based survey to assess the level of socio-psychological adaptation of employees in the company, compiled by R. Ismailov, non-included observation and document analysis. This research may be important for the management of investigated company. The general conclusion was presented to the management of the “Cereal Partners Rus” for improving of the adaptation system in organization.
