This research is a part of the thesis during which it is necessary to create rebranding of TSNIIMASH in the city of Korlev and scientific center at it. The research is directed to studying of modern experience of creation of the industrial enterprises taking into account current trends in design, decisions on environmental protection and also decisions for reduction of influence of hostile environment by workers of the industry and residents of the next areas.
