This paper describes a program that is designed for law enforcement agencies that need a tool to identify wanted or possibly dangerous people in the flow on the escalator. At the moment, security forces apply programs that allow them to find people only after surveillance videos have been recorded rather that in real time. The program provides the functionality to upload photos of people that require identification, instantly recognize their faces in a video stream and inform a user about the found match. To recognize faces, the program uses the FaceNet algorithm based on convolutional neural networks. A result of this work is a client-server application that implements all the necessary functionality.
