Mortgage Scenario: Existential-Phenomenological Analysis

In the research work the phenomenon of mortgage scenario is considered. The theoretical analysis of the concept of the life scenario, the scenario of delayed life and the mortgage scenario is performed. The problem of the work is the lack of quality empirical research of the mortgage scenario. How the scenario is appeared phenomenologically? Are the characteristics of the delayed life appeared in the life of people in mortgage are the questions of the research. The analysis of the existing theories of the concept of the life scenario, review quantity empirical research, creation and implementation of the quality research are the tasks of the research work. On the basis of the results the themes were described and the model of the mortgage scenario were supplemented.
