This research is based on the study of the influence of NBA clubs in the transfer market on their financial and gaming results. It is important for clubs, like any commercial organization, to understand how to manage their human capital, attract it to a company and build relationships with other participants in the labor market. Network analysis in this study allows you to analyze the activities of clubs in the transfer market, which allows metrically assessing the interaction of teams for the exchange and signing of players. The analysis is performed using a regression model of panel data with a fixed effect. It was found that the reformation of the team has a negative impact on the game results of clubs, but from a financial point of view, this has a positive result. At the same time, in both cases it is most advantageous to build interactions with different market participants, rather better than focusing on a few.
