Soft Skills Development Instruments in an Organization

Significance on the study. This study examines the development of soft skills in the Russian realities of MLM business. The problem is considered relevant from the point of view of self-development for all of those who want to grow in a multi-level marketing career as an entrepreneur. Problem statement. There is no previous developed system of tools for the development of soft skills, which would have been tested in the network marketing field. The specific of the development of soft skills in the network business have been studied and recommendations have been made for the development of soft skills of managers. Solutions. As a result, the links between the income of managers and such skills as complex problem solving, emotional intelligence and judgment and decision making were identified. Conclusion. Directions of recommendations were developed, specific tools for developing skills were proposed taking into account their degree of development and correlation with income.
