Annotation Master's thesis on "Analysis of the Factors Affecting ERP Systems Effectiveness ". Author: Ovsyannikova Olga Andreevna, student of the II course of the magistracy. The work consists of an introduction, two chapters, a list of references. The introduction describes the relevance of the topic, purpose and objectives of WRC. Object of research: critical factors of effectiveness of ERP-systems. Subject of research: critical success factors of ERP-systems implementation in Russia. The aim of the study was to identify the most important critical factors of the effectiveness of ERP-systems in Russia. The first Chapter includes the study of critical factors encountered in foreign literature. The second Chapter highlights the factors at two levels of the hierarchy, compiled surveys of experts. In the same Chapter the analysis of results – the method of the analysis of hierarchies is used. In conclusion, the main conclusions are presented – the critical success factors of information systems identified by experts are found in the studies of scientists from other countries, which indicates the presence of similar problems in the implementation of information systems.
