Chapter 1 describes the general concepts of the Internet of Things, the main directions of information security in IoT systems, and also describes the trends in the development of information security in IoT systems. Chapter 2 presents the types and provision of information security of connections in IoT systems, analyzes the areas of IoT usage in the context of types of information security of connections, and also defines indicators for choosing a wireless communication technology in IoT systems in terms of information security. Chapter 3 analyzes new aspects of the development in the Internet of Things systems, describes the 5G technology and prospects for its use in IoT, and also presents developed standard recommendations on information security in IoT systems.
