Gamification in the Legal Service Industry

The thesis research is devoted to gamification as a business tool and a new model of human resource management in legal sector. The goal of the thesis is to develop a conception of gamified system for improving the quality of legal educational system and for changing practice of internships in legal organizations. The present study includes systematized theoretical base of gamification, analyzed Russian and international experience of implementation of gamified systems and created conception of gamification system on the HSE example for improving the quality of educational process in legal field and for training future employees in legal sector. The results of the thesis research can be valuable for management and HR-departments of legal companies.
