The Problems of City Blocks Reconstruction Within the Urban Planning Framework (the Example of Kuntsevo District, Moscow)

This research is aimed at examination of the processes associated with the program of reconstruction of city blocks, and analysis of the problems caused by the implementation of the program. The research studies and analyzes legal regulations, judicial cases and conflict case of Kuntsevo in order to identify problems associated with the reconstruction of urban blocks, the causes of their occurrence, as well as to define recommendations and measures aimed at optimisation of the regulation of reconstruction of urban blocks.
