The master research is a detailed study of the reproduction system of the housing stock of St. Petersburg, which includ the St. Petersburg development program “Development of built-up territories in St. Petersburg”. The relevance of the study is the high technical and moral deterioration of the housing stock of the city, as well as the low rate of reproduction of housing in St. Petersburg. The main goal of the study is to improve the implementation mechanism of the existing address program of St. Petersburg “Development of built-up areas in St. Petersburg” and the evaluation of these proposals. In this regard, the following tasks were set: analysis of the current state of the housing stock of the city, identification of problems in the implementation of the existing Address Program of St. Petersburg “Development of built-up areas in St. Petersburg”, proposals for improving this program and evaluating these proposals. The paper provides suggestions for improving the existing mechanism for implementing the above program, compares the costs of housing reproduction using various methods and evaluates the proposals from the point of view of each participant in the reproduction process.
