Calculation of Critical Parameters of Superconducting Electrodes with a Normal Trap

Main purpose of presented paper is to model the heterosystem of normal metal - superconductor and the influence of one layer on another. Solving usadel equations, the distribution of the order parameter is explored. Results are compared with analytical solution of the equation. Realistic parameters of materials with which now Cold Electron Bolometr is creating were taken.
