Purchases’ System Improvement of Uncertain Volume Products for the Needs of State Healthcare Institutions

To date, the State Duma approved the draft federal law No. 682010-7, which implies the removal of restrictions for procurement of an indefinite amount. The studied area is relevant for all government customers who conduct purchases of an indefinite volume, as well as for all medical institutions in particular. Keywords: contract system, customers, suppliers, purchases of uncertain volume, reduction factor, procurement procedure.
