Improvement of the Process of Customer Relationships Based on the Introduction of CRM System into the Construction Company

The use of automation systems in the company is aimed at making the interaction process transparent and simple in terms of communication with customers, the very use of a CRM system reduces the costs of an enterprise. In this regard, the study of the topic of improving customer relations based on the introduction of a CRM system in a construction company is relevant in our time. Proper use of such a system will improve the quality of interaction with customers and because of this, you can maintain good relationships with long-standing customers, as well as acquire new customers. In writing this work were used training manuals in the field of ICT, marketing, as well as web resources and financial reporting of the object under study. The object of the work is the construction enterprise PJSC “PIK Group of Companies”. The subject of work is to automate the process of customer relationship management of a construction company.
