The paper presents the results of the work on the deposition of metals in the pores of the track etched membrane in the presence of a magnetic field. Some features of deposition are discussed. It is shown that the magnetic field changes the topology of heterostructural NW on the example of nanowires from Cu and Ni layers. X-ray diffraction showed a change in the relative intensities of reflexes, their position and width on the example of arrays of NW from Co. Magnetometry of Co and FeNi alloy (1:4) samples was carried out. It is shown that the magnetic field has a weak effect on the magnetic properties of cobalt NW, while for the alloy FeNi (1:4) magnetometry showed the presence of a second magnetic phase, which was confirmed by the X-ray study, which showed the presence of both Fe and FeNi lattices.
