This paper is devoted to a comparative analysis of warranties and indemnities in Russian and English law. In the first chapter of this work, the author analyzes the regulation and court practice regarding warranties and indemnities in English law. In the second chapter of this paper, the author conducts analysis of how warranties and indemnities are regulated in Russian law and identifies the main issues associated with this regulation. As the results of the research, the author compares the regulation of these concepts in English and Russian laws and, on the basis of this comparison, suggests possible options how the problems in regulation of warranties and indemnities in Russian law might be solved.
