Blockchain-based Financial Instruments: Security Tokens

The paper contains a detailed research on current state of modern ways of attracting investments, including IPOs, crowd investing, ICOs and STOs. The thorough comparison of the investment market is completed in favour of STOs, the process of issuing and trading security tokens using blockchain is structured and a test tokensale on blockchain is documented. This research can be used by projects, who are planning to attract new investments and are searching for a best suitable way of doing it. The conclusions of the research can also show potential investors what is the STO market, how it is being regulated and why it is necessary to pay attention to it. The script of STO is also documented in the work, thus making it valuable for IT specialists, who are exploring the blockchain industry.
