The course work is devoted to the phenomenon of Personal Brand of the Head of the Company’s Legal Department. Based on the analysis of foreign and Russian scientific sources, the concept of Personal Brand of the Head of the Company’s Legal Department and it's role in leadership development is formulated. The course work reveals a step-by-step algorithm for creating a Personal Brand of the Head of the Company’s Legal Department. The author pays special attention to female leadership in the legal profession. The results of the study can be used by managers of law firms and legal practitioners both in the formation of a brand of organizations and in the development of a personal brand.
