Standardisation of the Company’s Contractual Work

The paper analyzes the theoretical and methodological aspects of contractual work of the company, reveals common pitfalls modern companies face while building contractual work and identifies the stages of implementation of standardization in contracting. On the basis of foreign and domestic experience, the algorithm of standardization of contractual work of the company (car dealer) is proposed, the principles of this process are defined and the effect of the proposed model of standardization is estimated.
