Every day new players appear on the legal services market, and everyone wants to take a leading position in a high competitive environment. To ensure fur-ther growth and successful development, it is not enough to simply produce quali-ty products or services that have consumer value. This is why a law firm should be engaged in the correct positioning and promotion of its own brand. The paper systematizes the theoretical basis for branding, analyzes the mar-ket of legal services and developed the concept of a new brand of a law firm. The paper is of an applied nature and will be useful in creating your own brand law firm.

The full text of a thesis can be published in open access on the HSE website only if the authoring student (copyright holder) agrees, or, if the thesis was written by a team of students, if all the co-authors (copyright holders) agree. Student theses are objects of copyright and their use is subject to limitations in accordance with the Russian Federation’s law on intellectual property.
