This statement provides results of research on the analysis of the correlation of the disclosure index with the amount of attracted investments. Foreign and domestic studies on the disclosure index were taken as the basis for the analysis. Nowadays, due to active state support and attraction of foreign funds, agricultural companies are increasing their investment potential. An important factor influencing investment attractiveness is a comparatively smaller correlation with economic processes relative to others segments of the economy. The purpose of this work is to analyze the relationship of selected factors, as well as the information disclosure index with the volume of attracted investments. The main objectives of our research are: to understand the current situation in agriculture and its development vector since 2012; to study the various empirical works of domestic and foreign researchers on the impact of the disclosure index on the investments; to build an econometric model that can show the degree of influence of the formed index of information disclosure and selected factors on the volume of investments. The main method was a regression analysis based on panel data and fixed effect model. A sample included the information from Spark database on 93 Russian agrobusiness companies, such as ROE, ROA, leverage, financial aspects, information about company on Internet resources, the board of directors, inflation and credit rate. The result of this work will be an econometric model that will identify the factors that have the greatest impact on the amount of attracted investments and identify the extent of the impact of information disclosure.
