Conceptual Design and Software Development of the MGO (Platform for Placing and Passing Online Marathons)

This work is devoted to product and software development of web-application MGO (platform for placing and passing online-marathons). The work consists of two chapters. The first chapter covers all the main stages of developing value proposition for platform users and describes the creative concept of the product. The second chapter provides overview of the modern IT-project management methodologies and describes the backlog of the product and tasks of the sprints, which the development process was divided. The theoretical part of the work provides overview of the The Jobs-To-Be-Done (JTBD) method, The Value Proposition Canvas and The Business Model Canvas frameworks, and describes the agile software development framework - Scrum.
