Features of Media Projects in the Field of Employer Branding: Audience, Content, Formats

This paper examines the problems of media projects in the field of employer branding. First, the author describes the history of the emergence of brands and various concepts of employer branding. Then she analyzrs audience of brands through the prism of the theory of generation and media consumption, the diversity of such media projects and the specifics of working with them. Then a detailed description of the personal experience of the author in creating a media project aimed at the development of the employer branding media project for Changellenge >> company is given. The results of this paper can be the foundation for further study of this topic.
