Payment of Real Value of Participation Interest as a Consequence of a Participant's Exclusion from a Corporation

This master's thesis is addressed to research of the problem of multiple assets disposal from a corporation which has arisen out of the current pattern of legal regulation of expulsion of a participant from a corporation. The current pattern of legal regulation suggests a corporation's obligation to pay to an expulsed participant a real value of its participation interest regardless of grounds of its expulsion including in case it caused essential damage to a corporation. Author suggests to modify legal consequences of a participant's expulsion from a corporation due to causation of essential damage to the latter for solving of the aforesaid problem.
