In modern business, the problem of introducing new technologies into internal processes lies not only in the doubts of a large number of companies to invest huge amounts of money in process changes, but also in the unreliability of decisions and skepticism about the effectiveness of tools. The development of individual innovation technologies and the IT sphere as a whole makes it possible to implement complex system concepts. Various software solutions, a new look at the very essence of business processes radically change the entire industry. The first chapter provides an overview of the IT solutions and systems that combine these technologies. In a greater degree are considered those technologies that can be used to solve the problem. The second chapter describes examples of optimizing business processes using the stated technologies. This makes it possible to understand by existing examples what the strengths and weaknesses of a particular solution are. In the practical part of the work, models and methods are presented that identify the problems of the selected business process and suggestions on the use of software and hardware solutions to increase its efficiency.
