It is expected that the use of the service will help those in need to reduce the time to find help. The object of the study is the market of social products and the amount of technology used in the specified field. The subject of the research is the implementation of a unique service, which in comparison with the solutions of competitors allows to solve problems of users (disabled and people who are in dangerous situation) with the movement in the city and offers an alternative channel for finding new volunteers. The study consisted of the analysis of development tools, the selection of the optimal architecture of service modules. In addition, a large block of the research is devoted to the analysis of the market, finding trends in its development, figuring out solutions that act as direct or indirect competitors. Based on this information, the criteria for comparing solutions, identifying key features of products, their strengths and weaknesses were compiled.
