The research provides a comprehensive analysis of the impact of the risk nature of entrepreneurial activity on the responsibility of entrepreneurs. The author comes to conclusion about the impossibility of identifying the categories of guilt and business risk as interchangeable, as well as about the reasons for the impossibility of identifying the categories of risk and responsibility. In addition, the author formulates a conclusion about the different role of the risk nature of business in the context of private and public relations.
