Development of Strategy of Management of Legal Electronic Document Interchange Systems in Group of Companies

This study examines the system environment of legally significant electronic document interchange processes and its management. There were analyzed practices in interaction with system vendors, primary tasks on management of systems of legally significant electronic documents interchange, legal and technological aspects of the knowledge area. Author pays special attention to recommendation on “cleansing” the system landscape, project management and activities on system implementation as the prerequisite to development of system management strategy. Concept of primary negative risks connected to knowledge area is described there. Basing on conducted study, the author suggests vision and recommendations on management strategy for systems of legally significant electronic documents interchange, forms conception about both technological aspects of system performance and organizational and secondary processes.
