Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs in Relations with Public Authorities and Local Self-Government

The final qualifying work is devoted to the analysis of position of the protection of entrepreneurs’ rights in relations with public authorities and local self-management. The peculiarities of the system of forms and methods of protection are conditioned by non-contractual character of relations between two subjects and by the public functions of the state bodies. Special attention was paid to the link between the definite violation and the suitable method of protection. In the investigation there were analyzed general terms of protection in the system of entrepreneurship law, the key characteristics of jurisdictional and non-jurisdictional forms of protection and appropriate methods for them. There were investigated the tendencies of court practice. Also we considered the problems of modern theory and practice and made suggestions how to solve them.
