Dyachkova Maria Dmitrievna Reflection of Basic Cultural Values of British Youth in Formulaic Language. The current research provides an analysis of the leading values of modern British youth and their reflection in speech clichés. The relevance of this study is to study current values of the society at the present stage of globalization. This research aims to identify the leading values of British youth analyzing Formulaic language of young people. The main objectives of this study are: to characterize the core values of modern British culture; to analyze the peculiarities of the values of modern British youth; to identify and analyze the most common speech clichés used in the everyday speech of modern British youth; to analyze the representativeness of values in the used speech clichés. The result of the study was the identification of the leading values of modern British youth through speech clichés. The analysis of modern cultural values of British youth through the language paradigm helps to identify the values that can prevail around the world among young people.
