The relevance of this work is justified by the continuous development of the field of information technology, computerization, digitization at all levels of social and working relations. In these world trends, the IT sector continues to gain popularity as a place to develop a successful career. Due to the huge number of competing employers in this industry, not only in the city of Nizhny Novgorod, but throughout the world, the question of successfully selecting and attracting young professionals will not only not lose its relevance, but will also acquire various characteristic features and difficulties. The purpose of this study is to study the preferences of students of IT-specialties when choosing an employer and developing recommendations for attracting young IT-employees to the company “Tinkoff Development Center” in Nizhny Novgorod.

Student Theses at HSE must be completed in accordance with the University Rules and regulations specified by each educational programme.
