Reflection of culture and worldview of the ancient Japanese people in mythology

This work is dedicated to the reflection of the worldview and culture of the ancient Japanese in the mythological vaults Nihon Shoki and Kojiki. The following aspects were selected for the analysis: the creation of the world, the phenomenon of death, the place of nature in the worldview of the inhabitants of the Japanese islands. Also, as one of the most important aspects of the life of the ancient society, the development of agriculture and the extraction of food were studied. As a result of the research, it was concluded that Japanese mythology is important to study and plays a large role in understanding the worldview and culture of the inhabitants of ancient Japan.
