The Program for Human Resource Tracking in Company’s Projects

Abstract – Human resource management is a very important part of every work lifecycle. With the help of suitable software, optimization of the allocation of resources and, consequently, of costs is achieved. The main goal of this work is to develop software that will help project managers to more efficiently load resources in projects. In addition to filling out time sheets and sending out notifications about the need to fill out a report, the application has the ability to build and display organigrams - organizational management structure diagrams. To achieve maximum efficiency, the application will be integrated with various services for project management. Thus, new users of the service will be able to upload data from existing projects.

Student Theses at HSE must be completed in accordance with the University Rules and regulations specified by each educational programme.
