The object of development is the information security of a private data Center. The purpose of the work is to create requirements for the functionality of information security of private data Center. The research paper presents the basic requirements for the organization of an SOC for a private data center according Russian realities, laws and regulatory requirements. This project can be used as reference requirements for the creation of data centers in terms of information security of any kind of Russian organizations. The work contains 48 pages of printed text, 9 pictures, 2 tables, 50 literary, including articles in English, were used.
