Bachelor thesis on the topic: "Reflecting Company Corporate Values in Internal Organisational Communication". Author: Matievskaya Ekaterina Nikolaevna, 4th year student in the educational program "Foreign Languages ​​and Intercultural Communication" This paper includes: 49 pages (abstract, introduction, scope and limitations of the study, four chapters, conclusion and list of references), 1 image, the amount of references - 24. Key words: corporate culture, corporate values, value-based approach, organisational communication, corporate unity, workplace behaviour, business communication, inner branding, internal communication, intranet The first three chapter outlines the theoretical and methodological aspects of corporate cultures with the foundation of value-based management, the importance of the existence and dissemination of corporate values ​​within the organisation, as well as the channels for its promotion. The fourth chapter analyses two organisations, on the basis of which it was concluded that values corporate values ​​in these organisations are successfully spread out, therefore need to be slightly adjusted, which was shown by a conducted survey among employees, proving that feedback in any form contributes to the creation of a positive and for further promotion of values. In conclusion, the work done is communicated and conclusions are made on the basis of a study that the values ​​of the organisation need to be actively disseminated and maintained.
