Annotation This research work is devoted to the study of the processes of creating and launching new products for the existing industrial enterprises market. Any new product developing project begins with the idea generation and ends with the commercialization of this idea. In the course of the work the concept of a “new product”, its life cycle, the concept of the NPD process and its model was considered. In the process of researching a new product creating models a universal model was developed for the production company "PPD". On its basis, there was created a new product creating and developing project for the market in which the company exists. In the process of describing the project was drawn up regulations for implementation in the enterprise. Based on the analyzed data, the features of the process of creating new products for the B2B sector of the industrial sector were determined. Key words: new product, NPD process, NPD modeling, new product development in industry.
