Governor Relations with Big Business as a Factor of in Office Retenion (on the Material of Russian Regions, 2005-2018)

The research is devoted to the governor’s ties with big business and industries as the essential factor of political survival in the office in Russia’s regions between 2005 and 2018. The main stages of the first part of the research are the studying of governor system’s institutional shifts and political mechanism after the federal reform incorporation in 2005; the studying of federal and regional elite installation and transformation parallel to the big business groups, and its influence to the regional political regime; the studying of the economic region’s profiles, its arranging through economy efficiency and big industry performance in the regions, the characters of regional business groups through big industry performance in the regions and the total number of industry in the end of each governor term. The second part of the research is targeted to gathering and serving the date by SPSS statistics program. In the frame of survival analysis the elaborating and interpretation of proportional risk model or Cox regression is provided after the determination of statistically significant variables.
