Analytical Support for the Project of Creating a Startup - Aggregator of Guide Services

The main goal of this work is to create a business plan for a startup. The use of effective tools and methods of business intelligence is also an integral part of this study. The startup itself is an online platform providing the opportunity to choose a guide and a tour by setting a number of specified parameters. The system will also be able to issue recommendations based on user feedback. During this work a number of objectives are to be completed. One of them is to consider a number of various approaches to the problem of strategic planning. Another objective is to establish the target audience of the project. Additional objective is to select effective business analytics methods to achieve the goal of this study. Finally, using methods selected, it will be necessary to establish specific steps towards startup implementation and their sequence. The project considered in this work may be extremely significant for all those travelers who like to discover new cities and new people, as well as for all those who seek for comfort on a journey. In addition, this project will be important for local guides, providing excursion services in a particular city. In case of successful strategic planning and further implementation of the project, a synergistic effect may arise that can bring the market for excursion services to a new level. The introduction describes the formulation of goals and objectives, the object and subject of research. The literature review explores various approaches to business planning. The methodology highlights theoretical approaches in business intelligence, conceptual models. The practical part of the work describes the process of applying business planning methods and business intelligence methods to a particular startup. The conclusion is devoted to the formation of the results of the work done.
