Development of Communication Program for the Small Business Operating in Children Vocational Education Sphere

Marketing in a small business is intuitive, unplanned marketing actions. Sometimes small companies copy the marketing actions of competitors. In order to reach target audience and change into customer small business need to plan marketing activities taking into account the company resources. The well-formed communication program makes it possible to convey the marketing message to target audience and attract new customers. The purpose of this paper is to develop the marketing communication program for beauty-school “Viktoria’s angels”. This paper pursues a study devoted to identifying the features of small business marketing and attributes of the beauty-school. The research of parental customer behavior in selecting children vocational education and customer journey analysis were carried out to design communication program. Obtained communication program is aimed to attract new customer and to increase the company awareness.
