Talent Management in the Field of IT Consulting

This paper analyzes and develops the system of management methodology "Talent Management" for IT-consulting in Russia. The study is conducted by considering a problem of lack of knowledge and description of modern talent management models. Consideration takes place in the field of practical aspects in the study area. The formulation of the model of talent management based on the conducted contextual analysis taking into account the peculiarities of the Russian IT-consulting sphere. The analysis of modern tools is carried out to expand and structure the model. The level of compliance between the lower and higher levels in talent management systems in Russian IT-consulting is checked by using data collection and further analysis. The expected result of the study is a formalized talent management model for Russian IT-consulting. The work contains 12 figures, 15 diploma supplements, consists of 66 pages, and refers to 43 sources.
