Developing a Marketing Strategy in the Market for Additional Professional Education among Millennials

This article raises the issue of marketing promotion of educational services in the field of "flexible skills" among the millenial generation. The article describes an exemplary marketing communication strategic plan, offers consumer segmentation of additional education services in the field of flexible communication skills (soft skills), and gives recommendations on media and creative strategies for promoting educational services.
