This research paper is devoted to analysis of communication between internet-informed patient and children's doctor. The objective of the work: to identify barriers in communication with this type of patient and find a solution. In the course of the work, a communicational model for Internet-informed patient and doctor was developed, and messages based on this model were successfully tested.
