Though over the past 50 years researchers suggested multiple training effectiveness evaluation models most of them have some restrictions when implemented in organizations. The overall goal of the current paper is to design a customized model of training effectiveness evaluation for the consulting company. A community sample of 141 employees of the consulting company (92 male and 79 female) aged between 25 and 40 were involved in the qualitative research and approbation of the surveys. Interviews with internal training experts and moderation sessions with trainees were conducted in order to reveal parameters of an effective training and design a system of training evaluation for the consulting company. Results of the interviews were processed by content-analysis. Reports indicating results of the moderation sessions were created and presented to the company. Based on the literature analysis and conclusions from the qualitative research new questionnaires were developed. Factor analysis and multiple regression were conducted to investigate these questionnaires, Cronbach's α reliability coefficient and Kendall rank correlation coefficient were counted to check reliability of the instruments. Recommendations regarding implementation and support of the designed system were presented to the company. A customized training effectiveness evaluation system was developed within this project which satisfied all the requirements of learning process in the consulting company. The problem raised in the paper can be a matter of some interest both for researchers investigating training effectiveness and it’s parameters and for practitioners who are managing corporate learning or elaborating and conducting trainings.
