Development of Architecture and Design of Dialogue for the Voice Assistant "Alisa" on the Example of the Museum

Currently, companies are trying to adapt to customers’ needs and evolve. Modern technologies make it possible. Museums offer a lot of innovative techniques such as VR and AR and one more option is to develop a skill for a voice assistant. The skill can be both informative and entertaining. This term paper is devoted to the development of architecture and design of a skill for The Pushkin Museum of Fine Arts for voice assistant "Alisa." The tasks of the work include the study of speech recognition algorithm, development dialogues for various voice assistants, as well as the relevance of the development of skills. Studies of consulting companies show that voice technologies are just beginning to develop and will soon be at the peak of popularity. They will also be used in brand marketing and will be important as an indicator of competitiveness. There are a lot of methods of development for «Alisa». There are methods of development that do not require programming skills, but these methods contain many restrictions. Due to the large amount of data and the availability of own servers, it was decided to develop the skill in Python. The transfer to the server of the Pushkin Museum. A. S. Pushkin was implemented by installing software on it and creating a virtual environment. The created skill will help museum visitors to learn about current events, get answers to frequently asked questions, as well as to receive excursions. The skill helps when the visitor is both in and out of the Museum and also includes a game that aims to attract new visitors to the museum.
