The graduation thesis deals with different peculiarities of the development of scientific and technical relations between Russia and South Korea. Currently, due to the aggravation of the international situation there is a strong interest in the relations among countries and, generally, the world. Therefore, qualitative cooperation between the two countries in different areas, including scientific and technical is required.
