Psychological studying creativity and entrepreneurship is essential. However, scholars have only begun to explore individual attributes such as motivation and personal values that may influence these phenomena. The primary aim of this study is to identify personal predictors of creativity and entrepreneurial intentions. 400 Russian students take participation in our research. Data coming from the online questionnaire have been processed by descriptive statistics, correlational and regression analysis. The results of the study show that Self-Transcendence Value contributes to a high level of students' creativity and entrepreneurial intentions. Respondents with autonomous motivation toward entrepreneurship have a high level of entrepreneurial intentions. In contrast to our expectations, Openness to change Value doesn`t have a statistically significant effect either on creativity or intentions. We also found that there is a negative relationship between creativity and entrepreneurial intentions. Limitations of the present research are discussed.
