At the moment, the number of services and other products using blockchain technology is growing rapidly. We can say with certainty that now this direction consists not only of various financial surrogates, but also of services that give clear value to people who do not focus on cryptocurrencies. However, blockchain still belongs to the category of poorly studied technologies, the use of which involves certain risks. In this paper, we have developed a service that implements another non-trivial application of blockchain - a service that minimizes the risks of cooperation between the two parties without involving third parties. At the moment, the project will be used in the largest peer-to-peer advertising exchange in the CIS to facilitate interaction between advertisers and advertising platforms. Both classic well-known development patterns and the results of own research were used in the project. Keywords: blockchain, Ethereum, letter of credit, smart contract
