This work is a comparative study of the legislative support of public-private partnerships in healthcare of the Russian Federation and the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland - the state in whose territory the institute of public-private partnerships has emerged and which has the most developed experience in regulating public-private partnerships in the field of healthcare. The first part of the master's thesis is devoted to the history of the formation of the institute of public-private partnership in the above countries, and in particular to the development of this institution in the health sector of each of them. The second part contains a comparative analysis of the systems of legal regulation of public-private partnerships and defines the features of the legal regulation of PPP relations in the UK healthcare sector, which positively distinguish the procedure for attracting private investment in the healthcare sector of the respective state from the procedure established in the Russian Federation and the zone of development of the latter.
